Join Assistant PEO Mr. Lee James, as he moderates a panel of O6-level project managers discussing ERP migration; the Army’s premier solution for total force visibility, talent management and auditability; and the standardization, streamlining and sharing of critical data across the Army.

A unified network is critical for enabling multi-domain operations. Join Acting Assistant PEO Mr. Patrick McKinney, who will moderate a panel of O6-level leaders from his portfolio to discuss PEO EIS’ role in the Army’s Unified Network, defensive cyber at the speed of relevance and plans to build a stronger Army through Network Modernization.

The panel will provide current status of the CHESS ITES-3S contract vehicle, to include contract performance and where the program office is with the follow-on actions for ITES-4S. The program office would also like to use this session as an opportunity to collect feedback from industry on ways to improve and help shape the new services procurement vehicle (8a set-asides, multiple suites and NAICS codes, other government contracts evaluation criteria, pricing evaluations, etc.).
TUESDAY, NOV. 8

AIT

This panel will give a general overview of AIT objectives and mission requirements. The session will discuss plans to modernize operations and intelligence centers globally to align with NATO standards, increase security, and enhance operational capabilities.
GENM-A and GENM-O
- Lt. Col. Xkoshan Arnold, Product Manager, GENM-A
- Mr. Tom Dunaway, Product Manager, GENM-O
GENM-O and GENM-A are the Army’s total lifecycle acquisition managers chartered with globally implementing a modernized and standardized network in alignment with the Army Unified Network Plan. Dunaway and Arnold will discuss the similarities and differences between their respective programs and how they support Soldiers and Army installations; their current priorities; upcoming business opportunities, with an emphasis on SIPRMOD and VMOD; and guidance on how to develop a mutually beneficial relationship with their organizations.
12 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.: Luncheon Keynote

Join this luncheon session to learn about the PEO’s priorities related to modernization and digital transformation, in line with larger U.S. Army initiatives and strategic direction as PEO EIS heads into fiscal year 2023.

ATIS

Hale will discuss the upcoming December 2022 industry day and the modular contracting approach for ATIS development, and how the program and all of its systems train the Army.
ACT
- Ms. Debbie Taylor, Technical Lead, ACT
ACT, through DCO Development Environment, is the mechanism to bring in rapid innovation and sustainment of Defensive Cyber Systems via DevSecOps environment and training. This capability spans the following mission sets: Forge and Armory (removed and Mission Network). This session will cover Daedalus, a “solution focus” pilot that allows the government access to “bleeding edge” technology, while lowering risks and encouraging innovation.

GFIM

Eva will discuss some recent accomplishments and prototyping efforts, along with upcoming OTA opportunities that will provide the Army with dynamic force structure and dynamic force employment.

Join ALTESS project lead Boyd Williams as he provides an overview of this full life cycle managed service provider responsible for providing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and application management services to hundreds of systems and applications.

AHRS provides installation and field commanders worldwide with essential, state-of-the-art, cost-effective and standardized knowledge-based automation tools. Join Acting Product Director Wayne Sok as he discusses the Sustainment & Systems Integration contract opportunity that supports Installation Support Modules and Deployed Theater Accountability System. Additionally, he will provide an update on the status of Accessions Information Environment.
CPS

CPS focuses on the procurement and delivery of cyber platforms and associated cybersecurity tools for the Army’s premier cyber defenders. The hardware platforms are the foundational piece of equipment used by Cyber Soldiers that allows them to hunt for indicators of compromise and indicator of attack. The capabilities allow them to conduct maneuvers on cyber terrain to defend the network. The product manager and a representative from ARCYBER will lead the session alongside two assistant product managers.

EBS-C

Hayward will discuss the recent industry day, themes and topics from industry questions and answers, and the latest draft Prototype Project Opportunity Notice that is asking for industry’s inputs to support Army business modernization and transformation.
CAD
- Lt. Col. Dakota Steedsman, Product Manager, CAD
CAD provides essential capabilities required to protect against, search and discover, mitigate, and engage, and eradicate advanced cyberspace threats and vulnerabilities. They will discuss the way forward with defensive cyber analytics to include data modernization and integration of software and hardware capabilities to enable cloud computing from the edge to the enterprise.
