Programs

  • Automated Movement and Identification Solutions (AMIS)

    Automated Movement and Identification Solutions (AMIS) has a diverse mission to support the U.S. Army, Department of Defense (DOD), federal agencies, North Atlantic Treaty Organization and several coalition partners. AMIS consists of DOD civil servants, Soldiers and contractors, providing functional, technical, engineering and management expertise.
  • Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-Army)

    Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-Army) is one program consisting of two components: the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program, which provides the system’s enterprise hub services and centralized master data management capabilities, and the GCSS-Army (ERP solution) which provides functional services to the business enterprise and warfighting mission areas.
  • Logistics Information Systems (LIS)

    Logistics Information Systems (LIS) provides defense business system acquisition life cycle management of its two assigned legacy LIS. They are the standard Army ammunition system (SAAS) and the unit level logistics system-aviation (enhanced) (ULLS-A(E)).
  • Logistics Modernization Program (LMP)

    The Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that builds, sustains and generates warfighting capabilities using one of the largest, fully integrated supply chain and maintenance, repair and overhaul solutions in the world. The LMP also provides Army Working Capital Fund financial management.

  1. GCSS-Army receives green light for deployment of Army Prepositioned Stock capability

    January 29, 2021
    On Jan. 13, PEO EIS’s Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-Army) program received official authority to proceed with releasing its next round of capabilities to approximately 1,000 users to better manage Army Prepositioned Stock (APS). GCSS-Army provides functional services to the business enterprise and warfighting mission areas focused on property book, supply operations, tactical maintenance, logistics management and associated tactical finance functionality, serving as the tactical financial system of record for the Army.
  2. LIS and ALTESS collaborate on migration of Standard Army Ammunition System

    January 21, 2021
    PEO EIS’s Logistics Information Systems (LIS) product office — part of the Army Data and Analytics Platforms (ARDAP) portfolio — recently collaborated with the Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (ALTESS) product office — part of PEO EIS’s Enterprise Services portfolio — to migrate the Standard Army Ammunition System (SAAS) production environment to the ALTESS data center.
