    Mr. Ross Guckert, program executive officer for PEO EIS, manages a $4.3 billion annual budget that supports 36 program offices and 71 acquisition programs. A Pittsburgh native and passionate Steelers fan, he earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. As the assistant product manager for two programs—Mission Planning and Threat Emulation—Meruvia helped Defensive Cyber Operations award a Federal Acquisition Regulation-based contract within 90 days under an Agile 874 software-development-program pilot. She answered eight questions about her career and life.

    FORT BELVOIR, Va. – The Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) office, in coordination with the Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), awarded a contract extension for Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software (ITES-SW) on August 5, 2020.

A motivated mother, she takes Orangetheory classes to stay in shape and is pursuing a college degree in business management. If you see her in the hallway, she will probably give you a friendly wave.
