PEO EIS Team Members Pick Up Federal 100 Awards

Miranda Coleman, product lead for Army Vantage, and Col. RJ Mikesh, former assistant program executive officer for the Business Mission Area and project manager for the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program, recently were named winners of FCW’s 2021 Federal 100 awards.
Coleman was selected for her outstanding accomplishments in calendar year 2020, including leading Army Vantage’s successful efforts to help commanders make data-driven decisions during COVID-19, enabling contracting officers to identify excess funds for other Army priorities, and integrating the Commander’s Risk Reduction Toolkit for easier Soldier risk assessment.
Meanwhile, Mikesh was recognized for his involvement in the creation of the PEO’s Army Data and Analytic Programs project office and for overseeing the GFEBS enterprise financial system’s migration to the cloud. Mikesh also received the award for his ongoing IT leadership and support for Operation Warp Speed (OWS), the White House’s national program to accelerate the development, manufacture and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostics. Mikesh was by-name requested to fill the OWS role last spring.
FCW’s Fed 100 awards recognize individuals in the federal IT community who have gone above and beyond their normal duties to make an impact. The full list of 2021 Fed 100 winners can be viewed in this FCW announcement.
