NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – PEO EIS’s Army Training Information System (ATIS) recently awarded IBM a contract to acquire the services and materials necessary to sustain and operate the Army Learning Management System (ALMS).

NEWPORT NEWS, Virginia. – The U.S. Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) recently announced that Perspecta has been awarded a contract to execute the Acquisition, Testing and Deployment (AT&D) phase of the Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC) for development of the Army Training Information System (ATIS). ATIS will be the enterprise system for all aspects of Army training. The contract has a total expected value of $237.2 million over the course of 48 months.
