Chad Bell, an Agile Release Train (ART) leader supporting the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Increment II program. "Now, it’s a muscle memory. The ART teams know — two-week increments and demo. They know we all are going to plan and collaborate to figure out what we are going to work on."

    With nearly a quarter of a century of service to the U.S. Army, the Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4) product office — part of Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) — is considered an old-timer in the acquisition world. Around five years ago, following deep-dive discussions among Army senior leaders, the decision was made to retire the program.

    PEO EIS held a Sept. 30 change of charter ceremony for its Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Project Management Office, marking the send-off of outgoing Project Manager Col. Rob Williams and the return of Col. Robert (RJ) Mikesh to the EIS team.

    PEO EIS’s Army Human Resource Systems (AHRS) — which provides installation and field commanders worldwide with essential, state-of-the-art, cost-effective and standardized knowledge-based automation tools — held a change of charter ceremony Aug. 27 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, welcoming Michael Payne as the new product director.
