Ms. Christie Murphy

Christie Murphy assumed the role of acting product manager for PEO EIS’ Army Training Information System (ATIS) product office in May 2024. In that role, she is responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of the Army Training Information System, which will provide Soldiers and leaders with a single Army enterprise capability to manage, schedule, develop, report and deliver Army training.

Murphy began her acquisition career as the ATIS deputy enterprise manager. Her responsibilities included managing the technology and communications focal point for the ATIS program. After nine years in that role, she assumed the role of ATIS deputy product manager. In that capacity, she was responsible for all aspects of acquisition, including Agile development, testing, system integration and capability support for ATIS.

Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Norfolk State University. She is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps and holds an advanced Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certification in Program Management and a practitioner-level certification in Engineering and Technology Management.
