Army Test and Evaluation Command Integrated Mission Management System (AIMMS)

The AIMMS program is designed to create a shared system for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) to conduct systems test and evaluation (T&E) activities, regardless of where its testers and evaluators are geographically located. When fully fielded, AIMMS will replace three legacy systems: Project Management Module (PMM), ATEC Decision Support System (ADSS) and VISION Digital Library System (VDLS). AIMMS will provide ATEC with a comprehensive system that will combine project and portfolio management, enterprise content management, workflow management, application integration and business intelligence/data analytics capabilities.

Specifically, AIMMS will:

  • Enable test officers and evaluators to initiate, plan, manage, analyze and report on all T&E projects
  • Enable leadership to monitor and provide oversight of the execution of ATEC’s T&E mission
  • Permit internal and external stakeholders to easily search, discover, access and analyze T&E-related information
  • Meet Army modernization priorities to provide a cloud-based application compatible with other Army business systems
