PEO EIS CHANGE OF CHARTER CEREMONY (program)
Ms. Chérie Smith will pass the reins of responsibility and leadership to Mr. Ross Guckert in a Change of Charter Ceremony hosted by the Honorable Dr. Bruce Jette.

MS. SMITH'S RETIREMENT CEREMONY (program)
A Retirement Ceremony hosted by Lt. Gen. Paul Ostrowski starts immediately after the Change of Charter Ceremony. We will celebrate Ms. Smith's 42 years of Army service.

Ms. Smith began her career as an enlisted Soldier in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1977 to 1979, and served in Active Duty status in the U.S. Army from 1979 to 1985. We will celebrate Ms. Smith's 42 years of service to the Army.
