Allied Information Technology

Who we are

Allied Information Technology’s (AIT) mission is to enhance U.S. and partner nation security and interoperability by delivering non-standard command, control, communications, computers, cyber and intelligence capabilities under the auspices of Defense Security Cooperation and Assistance programs, primarily using the foreign military sales process. These solutions are tailored according to host nation requirement and coalition standards for interoperability (e.g., NATO), enabling foreign partners to better secure and defend their individual sovereignty and increasing their capacity for contribution to the broader collective security posture. AIT's work supports mutual U.S. and allied interests by strengthening bilateral defense partnerships, enhancing coalition building through interoperability, and increasing the readiness of our partners in uncertain, complex and potentially hostile security environments.

This program is managed by Defensive Cyber Operations.
