  1. I3C2 Establishes Director, Applied Cyber Technologies

    Project Manager (PM) Information Installation Infrastructure Communications and Capabilities (I3C2) is changing the way it delivers Defensive Cyber capability to Soldiers. On Oct. 12, 2018, the PM established Joe Kobsar as the Director, Applied Cyber Technologies (ACT) during an Assumption of Responsibility ceremony held at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
  2. PhalanX: The Shield of the Army's Network

    Product Manager (PdM) Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) will soon unveil the latest prototype of the defensive cyber platform known as PhalanX. The PhalanX system will fuel the Cyber Protection Brigade’s (CPB) Mission Planning by allowing the unit to conduct passive network visualization.

    The Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) is pleased to announce the Cyber Operations Broad Responsive Agreement (COBRA) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA), W52P1J-18-9-5023, formed in accordance with 10 U.S. Code § 2371b for prototype projects.

    Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) held an industry day for Cyberspace Real-time Acquisition Prototyping Innovation Development, also known as C-RAPID, on Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
  5. Army Cyberspace Real-Time Acquisition Prototyping Innovation Development (C-RAPID) Process and Consortium

    February 1, 2018
    he purpose of the Cyberspace Real-time Acquisition Prototyping Innovation Development (C-RAPID) process is to expedite development, demonstration, and delivery of prototypes to increase Warfighter readiness. The Army plans to manage this process via a Consortium Management Firm (CMF) and plans to insure innovative and collaborative industry engagements via use of Consortiums.

    PEO EIS formally unveiled its newest product lead office, Allied Information Technology (AIT), during an assumption of charter ceremony hosted by COL Chad Harris, project manager, Installation Information Infrastructure Communications and Capabilities (I3C2), on Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
