Lujan was introduced as the new Reserve Component Automation Systems (RCAS) Product Lead (PL), during an Assumption of Charter ceremony hosted by the Project Manager, Installation Information Infrastructure Communications and Capabilities (I3C2), Mr. Michael Padden on July 11, 2016, at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
  2. IPPS-A Project Manager Awarded Horatio Gates Medal

    As part of the ceremony, McNulty was inducted as an honorary colonel into the Adjutant General Corps Regimental Association by COL Jack Usrey, Commandant General of the Adjutant General (AG) School, Chief of the AG Corps, and President of the National AG Corps Regimental Association (AGCRA).

    Mr. Sajjan (Saj) M. George was introduced as the new acting product lead (PL) for the Reserve Component Automation Systems (RCAS) during an Assumption of Charter ceremony hosted by Mr. Michael Padden, Installation Information Infrastructure Communications and Capabilities (I3C2) project manager, Jan. 11, 2016, at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
  4. MC4 Logistician Wins Logistician of the Year 2015

    December 8, 2015
    Mr. Michael McAllister, logistics management specialist at Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4), has been named Logistician of the Year for 2015 by the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology 2015 Army Acquisition Executive's (AAE) Excellence in Leadership Award.
  5. IPPS-A Increment II Change of Charter

    August 6, 2015
    PEO EIS held a ceremony July 30 at the George Washington Masonic National Memorial in Alexandria, Virginia to officially recognize the change of charter for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Increment (INC) II.
  6. Matthew Maier Assumes Product Director Role

    July 16, 2015
    On July 7, Mr. Matthew Maier assumed the charter for the Army’s Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4) Product Management Office during an assumption of charter ceremony at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Mr. Reginald Bagby, portfolio manager, Enterprise Management Systems, Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), officiated the ceremony.
  7. COL Kevin Vanyo Promoted

    January 13, 2015
    Kevin Vanyo, Increment II Product Manager (PdM) for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A, INC II), was promoted to the rank of Colonel, United States Army, in a ceremony led by Mr. Douglas K. Wiltsie, United States Army Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems, on January 9 at the Hoffman Building, Alexandria, Va.
