PEO EIS racked up an eye-popping three wins in the 2020 Government Innovation Awards, presented by FCW, GCN, Washington Technology and Defense Systems.

The three winning entries for the U.S. Army in the Public Sector Innovations category include:

  • Army Vantage (Army Data and Analytics Platforms portfolio)
  • Applied Cyber Technologies’ DRUID (Defensive Cyber Operations portfolio)
  • MC4’s HALO (Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army portfolio)

The Government Innovation Awards, a “celebration of government IT’s disruptors, innovators and emerging leaders,” showcase the best examples of discovery and innovation in government IT. The award-winning projects/programs will be profiled on GCN.com and in the November/December issue of FCW. Winners will receive their physical awards in December.

“Government rarely gets credit for the tremendous range of innovation it drives,” said FCW and GCN editor-in-chief Troy Schneider. “But as the winners of our 2020 Government Innovation Awards make clear, amazing things are happening at all levels of the public sector.”

Army Vantage, DRUID and HALO were three of the 21 total winning public sector innovations. The awards program also recognizes industry innovators and rising stars.
