In support of the Army’s readiness priority and data strategy, PEO EIS’s Army Data and Analytics Platforms (ARDAP) project office stood up two new data-centered product offices in fall 2020, as well as oversaw a change in leadership at an existing product office.

On Oct. 20, ARDAP hosted a virtual assumption of charter ceremony for the new Global Force Information Management (GFIM) product office under product lead Jason (JT) Craft. The product office supports HQDA G-3/5/7 requirements for a GFIM program that will automate the Army’s core deploy-to-redeploy and retrograde (D2RR) business processes. Ultimately, GFIM will replace 13 legacy systems designed to provide Global Force Management Data Initiative-compliant data to man, equip, train, ready and resource the Army.

On Nov. 4, Matt Gohil accepted the charter to become product lead for AESIP Hub from his predecessor Nancy Richardson during a virtual change of charter ceremony. AESIP Hub improves Army information readiness and data agility by providing timely and data-relevant information to fully enable fact-based and resource-informed decision-making by Soldiers. Ms. Richardson is now serving as acting deputy project manager for the Defense Communications and Army Transmission Systems (DCATS) project office at PEO EIS.

Finally, on Nov. 20, Miranda Coleman officially became product lead of the newly established Army Vantage product office during a virtual assumption of charter ceremony. Army Vantage is a data analytics platform designed to integrate data from new and legacy systems in any form and at any scale, enabling the Army to “see itself” by providing senior leaders, Soldiers, staff and analytic communities with a common, integrated data platform to visualize and analyze the current and predicted future state(s) of the Army.
