Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) is seeking a solution from industry to facilitate Integrated New Equipment Training (NET) for their systems and tools. They are pursuing a combined Program of Instruction (PoI) to deliver our cyber defenders the necessary training they need to complete their missions. The primary goal of the solution will be to develop and deliver a single integrated set of instructions covering all Programs of Record (PoR). The PoI needs to be adaptable, efficient and effective in order to meet evolving cyber requirements.
This announcement is considered a competitive process and includes multiple phases for selection. Potential prototype projects will be directly relevant to enhancing the effectiveness of NET to Cyber Mission Forces (CMF). This announcement may result in the award of prototype project(s) as a result of this multi-phased competitive process.
