Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) is pleased to announce the next in a series of CYBER TALKS. This series will be an informational and educational briefing by Amazon on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cyber capabilities in a cloud environment. The intended audience includes government personnel, contractors,  SOSSEC Consortium members,  and interested industry vendors,. This event is a virtual collaborative session that enables participants to discuss topics directly related to better understand the DCO mission.

AWS - Cyber Capabilities in the Cloud
In this session we will discuss the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) and how AWS meets the identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover criteria with fully integrated API called services. We will cover how the CSF can be implemented and how US Federal agencies are leveraging AWS to be more secure, both through security best practices as well as via data analytics from big data platforms.

Who Should Attend?
Program managers, development teams, engineers, architects, ISSO's, security managers, security specialists, and system administrators who are eager to learn more about AWS services. This event is intended to educate all professionals who support cloud initiates.

The Two-hour session will allow for questions and answers.
