Operations Lead, Enterprise Business Systems Convergence

Ms. Brittany Walsh joined the Enterprise Business Systems – Convergence (EBS-C) team in January 2022 and currently serves as the Operations Lead overseeing numerous project areas, to include: program risks, schedule, budget, strategic communications, and knowledge management.  She previously worked in the EBS-C Multi-Functional Capabilities Team (MFCT) as the Requirements Lead for the Asset Management End-to-End business process reengineering effort.

From 2010 to 2020, she served as the Army Materiel Command (AMC) Business Intelligence Lead for the Logistics Modernization Program to support the management of the Army Working Capital Fund with 21,588 users, maintenance of over $20.3B in inventory, and processing of 7M daily transactions.  In her role, she led multiple large software deployment and modernization efforts to improve reporting, data management, and metrics across the AMC enterprise.

Ms. Walsh resides in Huntsville, AL and is Program Management Professional certified.  She has a master’s degree in both Management of Technology and Management of Information Systems from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
