Ms. Lynn Sims

Ms. Sims is responsible for overseeing I3MP’s acquisition requirement activities. This includes finding and researching prospective procurement opportunities, negotiating terms and conditions and implementing and assisting in the finalization of the award. Ms. Sims has been with I3MP for four months.

Ms. Sims has over 18 years of civilian service experience, including 15 years as a Contracting Officer with various DOD agencies. In addition, Ms. Sims has experience with the federal government as a DCAA Contract Auditor and Budget Analyst. She is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps with DAWIA Level III in contracting and DAWIA Level I in program management.

Ms. Sims, a native of Michigan, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Wesleyan University and an MBA from Liberty University. Ms. Sims is currently attending Grand Canyon University pursuing a PhD in psychology. Ms. Sims has served as the President, as well as the Vice President of the National Contract Management Association for the Pentagon Chapter.
