Ms. Antoinette "Toni" Freeland

Ms. Freeland was appointed the Product Officer for Command Centers in October 2017. In this capacity, Ms. Freeland enables Soldiers through the program management of technology refreshes for strategic Command Centers, Home Station Mission Command Centers and Technical Control Facilities within the Continental United States.

Previously, she was the Chief of the Army PEO EIS Acquisition Management Division, where she was responsible for providing Acquisition and Program Management Oversight to the wide variety of programs under the Army PEO EIS purview.

Ms. Freeland holds a Bachelor of Arts from Marymount University. She is a recipient of the Superior Civilian Service Award. Ms. Freeland has been working in the Department of Defense for 20 years, first as a contractor and then becoming a government civilian in April 2008. She joined the Acquisition Corps in 2011 with DAWIA Level III certification in both Program Management and Test & Evaluation, and a Level I certification in Information Technology. Ms. Freeland came to PEO EIS in 2014 from the Defense Information Systems Agency where she was the Chief of Strategy and Resources for their Test Executive Office.
