Mr. Rajat Senjalia

Rajat Senjalia serves as the acting assistant program executive officer (APEO), chief technology officer (CTO) at Program Executive Office Enterprise.

In this role, he leads enterprise-level technology strategy across cloud, cybersecurity and data, enabling business and enterprise systems that are secure, modern, interoperable and data-driven. He is driving PEO Enterprise’s transformation efforts through cloud migration, process automation, and digital modernization and reform goals.

Senjalia brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology transformation, IT operations, enterprise resource planning (ERP) system modernization and defense data analytics.

Prior to his current assignment, he completed a developmental assignment as CTO with PEO Soldier’s Chief Information Office Directorate and before that served as the CTO for PEO Enterprise’s Enterprise Business Systems – Convergence program and as technical director, APEO for the Business Mission Area.

Senjalia’s career includes roles as technical director for the Army Data Platform (Army Vantage), where he supported the initial platform delivery and further enabled secret internet protocol router cloud capabilities within PEO Enterprise. Additionally, he has served in leadership positions within the General Fund Enterprise Business System and as a strategic advisor and acting deputy program manager, regularly briefing Army senior leadership and enabling mission-critical data that supports readiness, auditability and operational insight at scale.

He began his federal consulting career supporting ERPs and business transformation initiatives at Accenture Federal Services, BearingPoint and Tetra Tech. Senjalia holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems management, a Master of Science in management (project management), and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. He holds an advanced Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certification in Program Management and is a graduate of the Army Management Staff College’s Civilian Education System.
