Mr. Bryan Luchsinger

Mr. Luchsinger is a Contracting Officer for the Army Contracting Command-Rock Island, a major contracting center of the U.S. Army Contracting Command. He currently serves as a Contracting Officer in the Information Technology Directorate, supporting the contracting requirements for PEO EIS. He has 17 years of civilian Government service, including and 10 years as a Contracting Officer.

Prior to serving as a Contracting Officer in the Information Technology Directorate, Mr. Luchsinger served as a Contracting Officer for six years supporting the contracting requirements of diverse customers in the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program Directorate. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Luchsinger served as a Contract Specialist for four years supporting the contracting requirements of diverse customers in the Munitions, Field Support, and Installations Directorates.

Mr. Luchsinger, a native of Iowa, holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA from St. Ambrose University. He is a graduate of the Graduate School, USDA New Leader Program. He is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps and has attained the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Level III certification in Contracting. Mr. Luchsinger is also a recipient of the 2011 Secretary of the Army Excellence in Acquisition Award (Team).
