Cassandra Reilly assumed the role of product manager of PEO EIS’ Army Data Platform (ADP) product office in July 2024. In that role, she is responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of the ADP, which will collect, catalogue, integrate, analyze and visualize data from disparate source systems to support fact-based and resource-informed decision-making across all echelons of the Army and for all its multi-domain operations.

Before joining EIS, Reilly served from May 2022 to July 2024 as deputy product manager for Mobile Electric Power Systems at PEO Combat Support and Combat Service Support at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Her previous assignments included Department of the Army systems coordinator for air defense and fires at ASA(ALT); other procurement, Army budget analyst for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller; assistant product manager for production, training and fielding for Ground Soldier Systems at PEO Soldier; assistant product manager for Program Integration for Ground Soldier Systems at PEO Soldier; lead engineer for Soldier Power Integration at Product Director, Soldier Systems and Integration at PEO Soldier; project lead for Soldier Power Generation at PEO Soldier; and various engineering roles with Command Power & Integration, Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center — now known as the Combat Capabilities Development Command C5ISR Center.

Reilly holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University and a master’s degree in systems engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. She is a Year Group 21 graduate of the Leadership Acquisition and Excellence Development program. She is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certified at the advanced level in Program Management and the practitioner level in Engineering and Technical Management.

Reilly is a recipient of the Meritorious Civilian Service Medal, the Civilian Service Commendation Medal and the Civilian Service Achievement Medal. She was recognized as a RDECOM STEM Superstar in 2014 for her outreach work.
