Chief Warrant Officer 4 Eutimio “Tim” Reyna III currently serves as the senior technical advisor for PEO EIS. In this role, he provides input and advice to a senior executive two-star command, which is responsible for more than 37 program offices and 71 acquisition programs that support and field Army and Department of Defense communications, logistics, medical, finance, personnel, training and procurement systems for all 10 combatant commands, managing a budget of approximately $4.3 billion each year.

A native of McAllen, Texas, Chief Warrant Officer 4 Reyna enlisted in the Army in 1999. From 2000 to 2007, he served at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, as a Signal system support specialist and S-6 (communications) non-commissioned officer in charge. While at Fort Bragg, he also served in the 229th Aviation Regiment, the 3/82nd Aviation and 1/89th Infantry Brigade. He was accepted into Warrant Officer Candidate School and appointed as a warrant officer, information services technician in February 2007.

His assignments as a warrant officer include: 89th Military Police Brigade, III CORPS G6, at Fort Hood, Texas from 2007-2012; 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, at Camp Hovey, Korea, in 2012; 1st SPACE Brigade, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command United States G6, at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, from 2013-2016; Training With Industry at General Dynamics, in Taunton, Massachusetts, from 2016-2017; and Army Signal School at Fort Gordon, Georgia, from 2017-2019.

Chief Warrant Officer 4 Reyna’s professional military education includes the Warrant Officer Candidate School, the Information Systems Technician Warrant Officer Basic Course, the Information Systems Technician Warrant Officer Advanced Course and the Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a master’s degree in information technology system management from Webster University. Other industry certificates include the Information Technology Infrastructure Library V3 Intermediate and COMP TIA Security Plus.

His awards and decorations include: Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster, Army Commendation Medal with seven Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Achievement Medal with four Oak Leaf Clusters, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal with Bronze Star, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, Noncommissioned Officer Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, the Overseas Service Ribbon and the Signal Corps Bronze Order of Mercury.

Chief Warrant Officer 4 Reyna has completed two combat tours: Operation Freedom's Sentinel, Consolidation I, Afghanistan and support Operation Iraqi Freedom, Iraqi Sovereignty.
