What
is LTLCS?
LTLCS is a program
that helps you to obtain the supplies and support services you need for your
installation's telephone switching and telephone management systems through
the use of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts.
Providing seamless support
for your entire switching system - no longer do you need one contract to
support your telephone management system/ACOM, another to support your
telephone switch, and another to support your peripherals. LTLCS offers all
that support in one contract!
LTLCS Products and
Services
Our ID/IQ contracts
offer a comprehensive menu of services you need every day. These LTLCS
contracts offer everything from support to keep your system running smoothly
to the latest in software, enhancements, and technology upgrades to ensure
you get the most out of your system. LTLCS contracts support Nortel Networks
and Avaya switching systems. LTLCS also supports telephone management and
dial assistance management systems from the following vendors: ACE*COMM,
Telemate, K&R Custom Software and AMCOM.
NOTE: The LTLCS
contract to support Avaya systems ends 15 June 2009. There will not be a follow-on
contract.
Contract Services include: Software/Hardware Upgrades &
Enhancements, Repair and Return, Field Service Support, Remote Diagnostics
& Technical Assistance, Parts, and Training.
