Program Executive Officer, Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) Mr. Douglas Wiltsie

PEO EIS responsibilities include program management of more than 60 DoD and Army acquisition programs across the business, war fighting, and enterprise information environment mission areas, supporting Army and DoD-wide communications, logistics, medical, finance, personnel, biometrics, training and procurement operations. The PEO EIS has responsibility for five major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) efforts representing a projected Army investment of $8 billion over their lifecycles.

Deputy Program Executive Officer, Ms. Terry Watson

Chief of Staff: Ms. Patricia Lambert

The Chief of Staff provides oversight, supervision, and quality control fo staff actions, human resources and manpower, serving as principal staff advisor to the PEO. Responsibilities include synchronization and integration of PEO EIS staff actions.

Program Management Directorate: Mr. Victor Hernandez

The Program Management Directorate (PMD) is the organizational element responsible for oversight of the lifecycle acquisition process for all programs in PEO EIS. Additionally, this Directorate is responsible for all program budgeting and funding, as well as Congressional and OSD engagement.

Operations and Theater Support Directorate: Mr. James Kline

The Operations and Theater Support Directorate (OTSD) provides guidance and strategic planning oversight to PEO EIS organizations fielding their systems or planning for sustainment. The directorate serves as the coordination point-of-contact with Army and Defense leadership, external agencies and commands involved in fielding PEO EIS systems, coordination among multiple programs and transitions to other organizations.

Business Transformation and Strategic Communications Directorate: Ms. Sarah Fidd

The Business Transformation and Strategic Communications Directorate (BTSCD) is responsible for strategy, business transformation, strategic communications, media, and public affairs activities.

Chief Information Officer: Mr. Hari Bezwada

The CIO is responsible for ensuring cyber security awareness and compliance, advance technology assessments and standardization, and strategic planning and architecture consistency across the Enterprise.
