LTC Nicole Reinhardt

LTC Nicole Reinhardt serves as the Increment II (Inc II) Product Manager (PdM) for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A). She is responsible for the development, integration, testing, fielding and sustainment of IPPS-A Inc II, which will provide the majority of IPPS-A functionality and is essential to integrating Human Resources (HR) and Military Pay into an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Prior to joining the IPPS-A Team, LTC Reinhardt most recently served as the Product Director for Soldier Systems Integration, Program Executive Office Soldier.

LTC Reinhardt’s previous positions and assignments include: Acquisition Personnel Policy Integrator, Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-1; Assistant Product Manager (APM) for the Long Range Advanced Scout Surveillance System and Driver’s Vision Enhancer, Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S); Acquisition Management Branch Assignment Officer, Human Resources Command; APM for the Installation Protection Program, Joint PEO for Chemical and Biological Defense; and Executive Officer to the Director of the Army Quadrennial Defense Review Office, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8.

LTC Reinhardt entered the Army in February 1993 as a Hospital Food Service Specialist in the Army Reserves. She was later commissioned into the Quartermaster (QM) Corps through the ROTC program at the University of Oklahoma in 1997 where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. LTC Reinhardt is a graduate of the QM Officer Basic Course, the Logistics Captain Career Course, the Army Command and General Staff College and has a Masters in Procurement and Acquisition Management from Webster University.
