Change various part numbers per Intermec’s letter #AIT3-04-001 dated 20 September 2004 and email, subject: Administrative Change Request – 0034AA, dated 19 January 2005.b. Incorporate CCPs 001 and 002 which change part #s for SLINs 0012AA, 0012AB, and 0030AA. c. Incorporate CCP 003 which adds SLINs 0012AF and 0012AG. P00005 - 8 December 2004 The purpose of this modification is to: a. Add the unit of issue “Lot” to CLIN 0052. b. Change the CLIN extended description for SUBCLIN 0054AC from Incidental Materials (IAW Part-C-1-1(q)) to Incidental Materials (IAW Part-C-1-1(r)) and adds the unit of issue “Lot.” c. Provide a temporary waiver to Part D-1, Paragraph 4.1.1r, to authorize the contractor to substitute an Intel 802.11b radio in lieu of the 802.11g radios on any orders for SLINs 0001AA (PDCT-A) and 0002AA (PDCT-B), provided that the substitute PDCTs comply with required certifications. The waiver is effective through 31 March 2005. P00004 - 30 November 2004 The purpose of this modification is two part: a. To provide a temporary waiver to Part D-1, Paragraph 3.11.3, to authorize the contractor to deliver PT403 printers with NiCad batteries instead of NiMh batteries on any orders for SLINs 0010AF, 0010AG, 0010AH, and 0010AJ. The waiver is effective 19 July 2004 through 25 November 2004. b. Administratively corrects Block 18a, Block 13a and Block 13b P00003 - 3 September 2004 The purpose of this modification is to change Part D-1, Paragraph 14 Ordering Guide, to establish performance periods for submission and posting of the ordering guide to the contractor's Web site.
